TOURING & CAMPING

ELECTRIC PITCHES – There are a limited number of these available for touring dormobiles , caravans and Tents. Each pitch is large enough to accommodate a caravan and awning and incorporates 6 amp supply, 3 pin round socket, at an extra charge of €5.00 per night. Rates over night per unit €25.00, per person €3.00. Weekly per unit €150.00 per person €18.00. Awning over night per unit €5.00.

NOTE: Cheques should be made payable to Anne Whelan . A confirmation of booking will normally be sent within 4-5 days of receipt of this application or the deposit will be returned in full if a vacancy does not exist.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Please read these booking conditions carefully before signing the booking form

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday from 4.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11a.m. on the day of departure. Occupants must not exceed the number for which the caravan is offered (including infants), and only these persons named on the booking form will be accepted, unless by prior arrangement.
BOOKINGS: A deposit of �100 per caravan per week is required to confirm the booking and must accompany the booking form. The balance is payable on arrival Cheques must be accompanied by a current cheque card. We regret that we are not in a position to accept credit cards.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of �50 is payable when you pay the balance of the caravan hire as a bond against breakages, etc. and keeping the caravan and equipment clean and tidy.
TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS: are held for seven days to allow for receipt of deposit. No reservation will exist until acknowledgement and acceptance has been received by the hirer.
EQUIPMENT: All caravans are supplied with ample blankets, pillows, cutlery and crockery. Hirer must supply their own sheets and pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
PETS: No dogs, cats or other domestic pets allowed in the caravans.
LATE ARRIVALS: Unless we are notified of a late arrival, any caravan not claimed by noon on Sunday may be re-let and no money can be refunded.
LIABILITY: Whilst we take reasonable precautions consistent with our responsibilities as holiday park operators, we will under no circumstances be liable for loss of any kind whatsoever to the personal property of our customers including their motor vehicles, jewellery, personal effects or
any other valuables. Therefore, customers and their property come on to our holiday park and use facilities entirely at their own risk.
CHILDREN: Under no circumstances are children to be left on their own in caravans. A childrens play area is provided and parents are asked to ensure their children make use of the amenity and not allow them to play around the caravans, flower beds and toilet/shower block. All young children must be accompanied by an adult to the toilet/shower block.

	We have beautiful mobile homes for sale so you can make the dream of having your own home from home
	We accept tents, camper vans and touring caravans on a nightly basis and often for longer periods of stay.
